I didn’t think it needed to be said but apparently it does. I guess I should have used the green font when I posted easier saying this was a great source, haha.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO TRUTH TO THIS. Stugots on the Dan Lebatard show is playing a character. He’s the “hot take” guy. He is not a reporter with actual sources.

SVG is a very good friend of the show who is often in studio. He used to be a weekly guest when he coached the Magic and he has been on the show a ton in the past year. This statement was said in jest. I heard it live. If John “Stugots” Weiner “reports” something that nobody else is reporting or paying attention to, it is definitely not true.

I think itd be great for michigan. He has a track record with orlando. He has had success on the biggest stage and now he van take his experience to a program thats well established and try to bring home championships.

This seems like it has potential to really blow up for Michigan. If I recall, he basically has no experience at any coaching level for any significant amount of time.

Even Stackhouse went through the D league first and cut teeth there.
