Cleveland doesn't have their own second in 2020 either. They have Utah 2020, Portland 2021, Houston and Washington 2022, Portland 2023, Miami 2024.
Utah 2020 could be 55+, Portland in 2021 could be 50+, Houston in 2022 could be 50+...
