Pistons assets value

I wanted to show a realistic view of what we have:

- Reggie Jackson: 0 value but not negative. It only has value if you take a worse contract. In addition, the 2020 FA is not interesting at all.
- Derrick Rose: 25-30 first round pick (contender that needs points from the bench) or a couple of second round picks.
- Frazier: 0 value
- Bone: second round pick
- Kennard: late lottery first round pick
- Brown: second round pick
- Thomas: 0 value
- Galloway: a good second round or a young prospect who has not met expectations.
- Snell: 0 value this year but good value since the night of the draft. Expiring contract on good FA.
- Svi: second round pick
- Doumboya: late lottery pick by now.
- Morris: late second round pick
- Blake: first pick 15-25 and a young prospect
- Wood: second round pick
- Drummond: good role players who matches the value of his contract. No picks would be offered.
- Maker: 0 value. I cannot see any team offering a second round pick.

Best trades that we can make:
Drummond to Kings x Dedmon and Bogdanovic (sending Bogdanovic to a third team for a first round pick)
Blake to Suns x Johnson, Saric and Bridges (no picks)
Galloway to Bulls x Dunn

If that was an accurate assessment teams would already have been knocking at the Pistons' door, and they're not.

It may be accurate (I thought it was pretty reasonable), but as you say, it's probably not accurate in the minds of the Pistons' brass, and that's all that matters.

We have heard multiple times in the past 2 years that Jordan is interested in Dre. He is also not a terrible contract anymore as its expiring. I am pretty sure we can net something of value if we try.

I agree about Blake as at the moment he looks pretty much done.

Brown would net more than a second rounder, as a bench utility guy (multiple positions, good defender, passer, can handle etc) he would be pretty good.

I agree with most except Brown and Wood. I think both those guys, as cheap contributors, are worth more than 1 second round pick. Maybe 2 seconds or a late first.
