Injured knee. Said in pre game. Didn't sound bad, but precautionary.

I'm here for an improbable win and a meaningless 3-game winning streak.

Giannis wouldn’t have liked playing in the “Bad Boys” era. He doesn’t mind when he creates contact but he can’t handle it when he gets bumped.

Giannis is soft. Honestly I’m a fan of his, but after seeing him here tonight, lost a little respect for him. He’s diva-ish. No way he stays in Milwaukee past this contract unless they win a title. Looking forward to the day he’s in the Western Conference and out of our division.

Antetokounmpo has said that if the Bucks remain competitive, there is no other team that he would rather play for.

That’s what they all say. Right before they leave.

Why should we care about Giannis' future?

I don't think I've ever heard anybody call Giannis "soft" or "Diva-ish". In fact, I'd argue he's one of the least diva-ish players in the entire NBA and that's saying something considering how much his star status has risen. He turns down movie deals and endorsements, he continues to play for his country even through injuries, he's a great teammate and locker room guy. Just an overall bizarre statement.

Giannis is soft? Giannis is diva-ish? No and no - to say the least. There is nobody who's worked harder to get where he is, and he appears to be everything I'd want my young relatives to pattern themselves after.

This game just clearly showed how far off we really are from being true contenders. Yes, we can beat up some lotto teams time and again, but this team isn't doing anything in the playoffs. Hopefully Blake rounds into form so we can trade him at the deadline.

Not even upset with this loss we came out and fought hard against a team that is clearly best in the east and we were on a back to back without Luke and Reggie. Lots of losses this season to be upset about this wasnt one of them.
Giannis getting a bit yappy I feel like Blake has been a bit physical with him and got the best of him at times last year but Giannis clearly is much better and showed it last night and will continue to do so moving forward.

Barring new injuries or the aggravation of old ones, it looks like Blake won't be hitting top form 'til maybe January next year... By then, there should still be enough time to get back up to .500, keep the old treadmill going, and suffer through the obligatory 1st-round ar$e-kicking.
