Both are very different ! Maledon is closer to Ntilikina in a sense that he will respect the coach's plan with an incredible IQ and already an good body, and Casey would love it, Hayes has more a US killer mentality, creating for himself, very engaging in defense and probably the best passer of this draft.
Both play Pro in France since they're 15yrs old, and just like Doumbouya used to be a pro and we'll be able to see that compare to other college players.
Doumbouya in France was considered a bit nonchalant, but thats the way he's and ppl didnt fully get it, he's way more comfortable in the NBA type of bball.
If i had to choose i would take Hayes ! Bigger engine, but needs a coach to modelate him
