Maybe? He doesnt start anymore. That starting 5 is the new normal.

I hope Hall and Sekou get a lot of playing time. Would be nice to see Khyri too.

Even from France we saw Sekou's debut as something not very normal, and im happy he hit the rookie wall now and have to face some criticisms from the coaching staff, he's using it as motivation and games like yesterday can give him more confidence!
He also mention to a french website that his time in G-League, he saw it like an insult kinda, he def thinks he belongs to the NBA and maybe sending him to the GL can a used in the balance in order to wake him up ! A bad thing for a good thing

He has been insulting the fans the way he's been playing. He should stfu and prove he can play, 3-4 good games are nothing. Coach said he lacks maturity, so he should stfu and work hard. His place is the GLeague right now. I hope that's enough to wake him up, Like you said.

Knight has always been a competitive type guy. Just really stuck as that combo guard with positive and negatives at both positions keeping him average

What i dont ike the most is his body language when doesnt carry the ball, he seems to be unpatient and just wants the ball to make plays, makes screen but tends to spend back to try to catch a 3, which is the laziest move since he never choses to roll ! He needs to learn how to expend his skills and not always do the same thing.
He also needs to go more for the off rebound !
But overall, talent is def here, and from a man who grew up with discipline (dad is a soldier), he probably knows how to stfu and keep grinding, maybe he needs it to give a proper answer untill it comes naturally and doesnt need to be yalled at to change his mindset !we need to remember he's still a kid

His PG instincts are pretty poor, I think his best case is a backup 2. Probably needs to play with another primary ball handler.

Well it looks like the team has its 4/5 of the future. That's one confirmed piece. 1 down, 4 to go.

Return to Detroit Pistons
