Weaver should be fired immediately. These players all suck, this lineup is going nowhere and the next draft pick sucks. Doesn't matter who it winds up being; he still sucks. Because Weaver will pick him.

McGruder's talent level reminds me of Austin Daye. Put him against G League level talent, and he's for real. Some players just can't hit that bump up but for a few, short stretches.
