“They think (Casey) that Stewart cannot stop Robin Lopez”
Talk about delusional

With both Beal and Westbrook playing this game is easily losable. The Pistons could certainly win it but it's not like they'll need to give high minutes to the garbage players or throw up airballs to lose.

Frank Jackson is doing his best to stick around. Let him be a super sixth man.

Westbrook wants a triple twenty. He can have it in exchange for the loss.

Apparently we have trouble counting again. This is the second Game 56 thread...

Eh, he's French; what are you gonna do. Common core math probably.

I'm pretty confident that every time Blaha or Kelser say "I Stew"--which of course sounds like "Eye Stew"--someone kicks a puppy.

Every time Stewart hits a three they act like its a huge deal. He has been showing he is confident taking those shots... its not like Ben Wallace hitting a three out there Stewart actually has some range.

Corey Joseph should be barred from playing point guard for this team another game!

I'm surprised Westbrook and Beal played heavy minutes tonight after yesterday's game. I'm also thankful.

Those two are gamers, especially Westbrook. Only injuries will keep them out of games, especially during a playoff run. They aren’t coasters like those ‘Clipper dudes’!

Stewart is having a good rookie year. I've always thought of him as a 6th man type potential but he's looking like he can hold his own as a starter.

Saddiq is stuck in a slump

In a few years, when doing a re-draft, I wouldn't be shocked to see both Bey and Stewart in the top 10. Both looking like good value where they were picked so far.

Give Bey credit for doing heavy lifting of minutes in the NBA in his rookie year, but his numbers are showing some fatigue.
Weaver will need to intervene more with Casey if he wants the young ones to get more burn. Casey has his basketball DNA, and he's a great coach, but he' stuck. Let Pistons lose by 20 to the Wizards with the young ones all getting 25 minute or more. Otherwise, there's no reason to even watch this stuff anymore.

Not really. He’s had slumps, the rookie wall is a thing after all, but he’s actually been doing pretty good of late and overall.

Saddiq is stuck in a slump and showing fatigue? These were his pts/rebounds/shooting % in the previous seven games leading up to the Wizards game:
10/3/.375
25/0/.600
12/6/.364
14/6/.429
25/1/.667
17/5/.545
18/7/.400
Those represent averages of 17.3/4.0/.483 for that period. Given that his season averages are 11.3/4.1/.410 those numbers suggest neither a slump nor fatigue.
