Interesting move. 2.5 mil a year for 2 years is really cheap but why do I got a feeling someone is getting traded.

Ok I like this one. Pretty close the min for a current bust. Low risk

This conversation eventually turned into a tangent about the five worst cities in the NBA. Lyles, who grew up in Indianapolis after moving from Canada as a 7-year-old, rattled off four cities: Detroit, Memphis, Milwaukee and Sacramento (“It’s horrible,” he said).

Dry market, eh Trey?

Even more reason to not approve of his signing.

WTF

At least he’s a cheaper shooting big. Kind of like a Josh Jackson type move.

I expected Weaver to snag a cheap reclamation project. Mission accomplished.

Yeah, I like this signing.

About the rest of signings, as expected (and as is the norm), it's a circus in here. Time for a break.

I look forward to hearing Weaver explain how Lyles fits the culture he's building.

Trade must be coming. I'm wondering if we would possibly be moving Sekou + Josh Jackson out in that Olynyk deal. We're out of roster spots unless some of the 2nd rounders will be two-way deals or we're not resigning Lee + Frank Jackson + Diallo.

Hayes/Joseph/Lee
Cunningham/Diallo/F.Jackson
Bey/J.Jackson/Livers
Grant/Doumbouya/Lyles
Stewart/Olynyk/Okafor*

* Could cut Okafor for Garza. Balsa never making the team.

This one I like. This means Bye Bye Sekou. You had your chance, you decided to be lazy and blame the coach, good luck staying in the league.

I have absolutely no idea why you guys think mid/late 2nd rounders will make the roster. There is a very small chance one of the 3 guys we draft make the roster, as a 2 way guy, the other 2 are gleaguers at best.

Lee was a two way last season as a 38th pick. I feel extremely confident that at least one of a 42nd, 52nd, and 57th pick will be a two way contract. Honestly I think livers and Garza are the two way contracts and balsa gets sent overseas or does the jaylen hands loophole.
