Hopefully the team can start to look like they are on the same team, and players make the most of this last practice.

The goal in the preseason is not to win games, but to work on things, and show skills, and play for playing time.

Wins would be nice, but it's not top priority.

Wait...whaaaaaat? I thought preseason games were for projecting a player's performance in 4, or even fewer, meaningless games into what should be expected for the entire season.

Well damn. If thats the case, by mid-January most of the team will be injured, and be 5-23 again.

You could be 100% right if injuries continue for this team, look at the lions RB and WR injured and they keep on losing.

While I can certainly appreciate the passion undertaken to make a point, I'm 100% certain there are no parallelisms to be drawn between injury effects on two teams in different sports.

Now, if the correlation was that both teams have "Detroit" in their names, I'd almost be inclined to agree.

The Lions were expected to be bad this year (vegas had them at 6.5 wins) regardless of team health. Their results thus far are completely unsurprising; though they've been much more entertaining than expected in every game but the last one.

The Bagley injury hurts our depth. Bojan has already resumed practicing and the rest of the injuries are short-lived and to role players at best.

The only relationship between the Lions situation and the Pistons that I see is that we now have many discussions/debates about a young developing bunch of talent on the Pistons, which helps ease the pain of being a Lions fan.

How can anything ease the type of pain that goes back what, 70 years?

Ivey obviously close with Ja since his mom used to be an assistant coach with the Grizzlies. I have a feeling we'll see Ivey's best game yet.

Welcome to the Pistons. You a 40% career three point shooter? Yeah, that'll drop by at least 10%.

Have fun!
