I like them when I'm able to catch them, but I frequently work Sunday afternoons. I am able to catch just about everything else though, so can't complain too much. And I get to watch this one. :D

It's perfect for us in Europe (especially in France). So I kinda like those early games too.

One of the very few opposing coaches I wouldn't want on the Pistons sidelines, Doc rivers.

No Duren, no Embiid, I mean I'm watching, but whew.

For the past 4 years, everytime I watch a Pistons game i ask myself; "Is this the game the team starts to look like they are putting it together?"

I know it's optimistic, but I'm always hopeful. At least this game, I don't have to wonder long. Stew looks good, Hayes looks good, Bey still seems confused that he is going to get payed by hitting threes and playing defense, and Ivey is still hopeless finishing at the rim.

Bojan is Bojan.

Another going through the motions game I think.
Stew is active but he’s missing bunnies, killian was good but had a few careless TOs and diallo is playing chaotic. Let’s see

The fact I want Hayes/Diallo is very confusing to my brain. Hayes/Diallo/Stewart/Duren looks unplayable a year ago. This team is so wierd.

Diallo is easy to root for because he’s always trying, but he gets in his own way a lot. He’s still fun to watch because anything can happen.

Yikes - I know scoring is through the roof this year for the whole league, but giving up 71 points in a half to the 76ers with Embid? I realize the youth and flawed roster and injuries have hurt the Pistons, but please let this coaching mess and meh play end.

There’s really no defensive identity. We need to find a coach and develop that side of the game. Our shooting woes pale in comparison to our defensive issues.

Yeah, I've been a Casey supporter but I think it may be time for a change. I don't care about the poor in-game management or win/losses, but we've assembled enough of our core that we need to start developing an identity and this is *not* who I wanna be. We've seen virtually zero defensive improvement either at an individual or team level during Casey's tenure. If anything it seems like we're actually getting worse.

First game I missed this season due to working today. Surprised we played an entire game and we are still on page 1 of the game thread.

We shot over 50% from the field and about 35% from deep... both better percentages than Philly... but we lost the game due to TOs it seems.

Missed this one as well. Box score looks like about what I would expect.

Man, that was awful. From the very beginning. We made a run, 51-55, and one late, but seemed lackadaisical, and it was Hami and Hayes (why was he out for so long?)..

I'm liking the post-games more, and have for a while. The problem is that numerous games are ugly.

I don’t find it surprising. When half the posts in game threads are “Everyone and everything sucks” posters don’t stick around.

Last time there was a complaint about poor game thread attendance it was on a Friday night the weekend before Christmas.

This time it was a day game on the final weekend of football season; with the Lions surprisingly still with playoff aspirations.

Why do the same posters continue to be surprised? Do they not understand that at times there really are better things to do for most fans besides being here on the game thread?

I was aware of the game but with the Rams showing up to make it interesting in Seattle, two games in January that meant something for the Lions was an easy choice. It's a rare thing that good late season Lions games can distract from struggling Pistons play.

I also got busy smoking a ham and grilling burgers. Knocking the Packers out made everything taste better.

Now back to the grind...

Besides all that the team is terrible and our #1 pick is hurt. The most exciting thing about this season is the upcoming draft.
