Okay, should be Wisemans first game as a Piston.
Will he start as reports indicate? Will he come off the bench? What absolutely stupid ass rotations will will we see Casey utilize now that he doesn't have Bey, or Knox?
Tune in folks, and get your popcorn ready, because this could be mildly interesting.

Interesting indeed. ESPN is very reliable.
16 hours agoWiseman (recently traded) is slated to start for the Pistons, C.J. Holmes of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Noel is OUT for personal reasons. I'm guessing he's staying home until he's bought out. He got playing time last game probably in an effort to get ..... ANYTHING, and he played like garbage. Maybe he felt he was being used?
What happens when Bagley comes back? Duren, Stew, Wiseman, Bagley, which would force Bojan to play exclusively at the 3, which can be tough for his age on defense.
I was actually happy (for a second) when I thought Bey was going to GS, because I had heard rumors of them wanting him, but I get it... But, it would have been nice to see how he would have done with a championship team assuming he'd play rotation minutes - as a 'control' or comparison. If he stunk there, we could at least say, "At least we know"

I doubt Wiseman plays tonight.
The trade just went down yesterday. Probably not finalized yet.

Pistons will win this game unfortunately. They aren’t as good at tanking as the Rockets and Spurs are. They will finish with the 4th worst record ahead of Charlotte, Houston, and SA.

If we lose everyone will be depressed. If we win everyone will be depressed.
Bring on the depression

Tonight? Maybe Ivey will score 10 points in three minutes and finish with 14. Maybe Dialo will have five breakaway dunks in a row to bring the Pistons within ten. I doubt Wiseman cleared everything to play tonight, but I do sense that Hayes will get hot and shoot 7 for 21.
Twenty more games of this?

No wonder we're 6 point favorites.

I highly doubt Wiseman is ready to go yet, but we'll see. ESPN has him on the injury report. It typically takes a few days; travel, physical, league approval, etc.

No, he will not play tonight. Weaver;
Troy Weaver said James Wiseman won’t play tonight. Still has to pass his physical. “We’re at the mercy of the rules and regulations on that.”
So this game went from mildy interesting, to holy CRAP what is this going to look like.

Kenny Smith announced names who donated.. Like many others, they don't realize it is Tom GoreS, not "gore". Even Jalen Rose keeps calling Christian Wood "Woods". NBA Today had Big Perk say how much Saddiq Bey is going to help Golden State. Go(l)d help US!

On Pistons live, if anyone was watching, Weaver seemed to emphasize adding a free agent in the offseason.
I wonder who he's thinking.
