I would take heed of the player grades from some random blog site before I would from our beat writers. They seem like nice guys but they clearly have an ulterior motive to not say anything too disparaging about team personnel.

Take Vince Ellis for example - spent years on Twitter defending all of the organization's crap moves and look at who employs him now.
