Do Contracts Change With a Team Regarding Incentives?

If Zion gets traded, and say his original contract said he gets an extra 10 million if he plays 75 games.. What about the new team? Since one team is inheriting a contract, I would think it's still part of the contract, even if the new team might not want to play him too much, saving him for playoffs.

I’m pretty sure everything in the contract goes with the player.

Yep basically the above. Fun fact, Beal still has his no trade clause even though he waived it to be traded to the Suns. So now they have the fun to do it all over again once they find out that you can't just field 3 stars with a bunch of bums and flame out in the second round

Yeah, there's no way that any players union would allow certain benefits or incentives to not transfer over.

The player can waive his trade kicker for example, but I think that's about it. Incentives don't change.

Incentives might change depending on what team the player gets traded to.
If you're signed by a Lottery team that's sucked for 3 years and you have a incentive related to making the playoffs and then get traded to a playoff team wouldn't that change?
I believe the NBA still has "unlikely" & "likely" classifications for incentives.
