Same as before the Draft - decline options on everyone except Livers. Bring him back.

Cam Johnson with a starting salary of 30 mil

Duren - Wiseman - Bagley

Stewart - Johnson - Bojan - Ausar - Livers

Cade - Ivey - Hayes - Sasser

Remainder of our cap room on a guard

Then vet minimum for a couple of guys Monty trusts in the locker room

Cam Johnson @ $30M seems like a contract we'll regret in a year or two. Same can probably be said for Jerami Grant. I wonder if this is another year we take on existing contracts in the trade market versus signing guys outright.

Sin eat from teams who are destination spots but without cap space for future FRP's. Nobody is signing with a 17 win team unless Detroit drastically overpays.

Get Pistons owed FRP back from NYK if they need to dump bad salary.

Reddish as Weaver's reclamation project of this off-season?

It's been mentioned that Detroit is likely to pick up options on Burks and Livers. Diallo is likely gone. That gives us 13 spots filled with two yet to be added to our mix.

C: Duren / Wiseman / Bagley
PF: Bojan / Stewart /
SF: FREE AGENT / Ausar / Livers
SG: Ivey /Burks /
PG: Cade / Sasser / Hayes

Eugene was decent for us in his minutes it feels like he plays more winning basketball than Bagley but I can't see us really keeping Eugene when Bagley has that bag.

We only have two spots open, one could be a player for all our FA money ($28 million per year starting) and the other could be the exception we get after we use all our cap (Like a 2 year $13 million deal for a backup).

The fact that we have been rumored to have interest in Tobias Harris somewhat screams to me that we're willing to take on some $$$ in trades and also possibly realize that we might not be able to land a Cam Johnson or Jerami Grant on the FA market.

I’d only want high end players. I’d only sign Cam or Grant. We need a 4. I’d hate to be the team to give a massive deal to Kuz.

The others are guys that I would pass. They are more role player levels who are gonna get paid. We don’t need more role players. We need higher end talent. Cam and Grant are the only high end FAs that I see. A very weak FA class in my eyes. High on bench/rotational guys looking for pay days.

Yes. We need to do a trade or 2 and take on someone's junk to give us a few more shots at drafting a future star. Pretty disappointed we didn't get that done for this draft but next years draft will have to do.
I see us probably signing 2 vets though that are only worth the MLE and us bidding a bit higher than that. I'd luv to snatch up Grant Williams and Bruce Brown.
Or maybe a couple trades where Hayes goes to one team and Bagley goes to another and we take on more salary in each.
Or maybe! Bagley+Hayes for Kuzma in a sign and trade and we use remaining cap on a vet

Cam seems like the ideal target. If not, keep our cap space and there will be deals to be had w teams shedding salary.
