I think at times in these games the Pistons will look good, but I don't see them winning more than two or three to be honest. Maybe if Bogie and Morris are back and truly counterbalancing the youthful talent with some veteran leadership. Rough schedule to begin the year.

I think most likely is 2-8 but 1-9 or 3-7 are also possible. I'd be surprised if we were anything but those.

I'm expecting us to start about 5-15(or 6-14). I'd actually guess our quarters(20 game stretches) of the season will look something like this.

---- That's 27 wins. We might win a few more than that if we catch some other teams tanking down the stretch and we're playing all out all season... or we might win a few less if we trade away some vets at the deadline.

I've bolded the ones I think are wins. 2-8 is likely, maybe 3-7 if we get hot another game.

3-7 they'll probably win some they shouldn't and lose some they should win

Should be able to beat Charlotte and Chicago, Philadelphia could be a win depending on what’s going on with them off the court.

Maybe 1 or 2 random unexpected win, with the 76ers potentially being one.

We will be better off this season, but in all honesty we were awful last season so that’s not really a high bar to reach.

Miami may come out a little flat. They are perhaps the biggest off-season losers.
I'm also sorta trusting in our depth to lessen the impact of these early season B2B's.

Sooo... 4-6 I guess, although 3-7 wouldn't shock me. I'm a believer, but that's a brutal schedule to start the season.

3-7 seems like the safe bet. There's definitely a handful of games we should win but won't due to some error and players having bad nights

1-9. We seem to play Golden State really well for some reason, so I'm calling that one a win. Charlotte and Chicago always play us tough on the other hand.

Every stretch of schedule is gonna look rough. There aren’t a lot of bad teams in the league anymore.

3-7 seems reasonable. A lot of these look like losses but we won’t lose ‘em all.

3 and 7 seems like an optimistic bet.
I still believe the rotations aren’t set, the players need to get used to monty and Cade is coming back after such a long break.
Who the hell knows how it comes together

With Bojan and Morris out with unclear timelines, I think 2-8 is looking the most likely. It is a tough schedule to start the season though.

Hoping for 4 wins. 3 seems reasonable.

I'll be at the Philly game and then the Hawks game a few days later. Visiting from Omaha with a couple friends, so if anyone has any must-dos while I'm there, I'd love some tips! (Hoping win #4 is against Philly in the first 10...)

I'd say 2-8. Hopefully I'm surprised. The offense has been horrific, but bojan and morris haven't played a minute yet and cade hasn't tried to assert himself. It would have been nice to actually work on that stuff in the preseason because it's probably going to lead to a bunch of L's while they try to figure it all out.

2-8 or 1-9. This is a bad team full of mismatched pieces that either can't shoot or defend and/or are too young to play winning basketball. Not to mention getting acclimated to the new system under Monty, gonna be a long year especially the first half.

1-9 maybe 2-8. I can't see us winning more than 2.

4-6. Seems like that will be our pace for the year. Anything less and I’ll start looking at the draft boards.
