Game 11: Pistons (2-8) @ Bulls (3-6) - 7:00 PM EST

Duren is out but Burks and Ivey have been upgraded to questionable so hopefully at least one of them plays.

We don't have the easiest stretch of opponents coming up so it would be awesome if the guys managed to win this one.

Would be nice to own the Bulls, yeah, but Duren was a huge part of our last win against them.

I hope we start Stew at C and keep Bagley as the backup C. Go small. Forget about Wiseman. More shooting on the floor.

Right now that shooting is going to be coming from Umude, Rodan, and Knox, though ....

Understood. And still better than starting Bagley and giving minutes to Wiseman. Sometimes it be like that. :dontknow:

i'm hoping the lineup is:

cade/hayes/burks/ausar/stewart
sasser/ivey/umude/bagley

... just no wiseman.

Agreed. I hate piling on Wiseman because he seems like a nice guy but as uninspiring as Umude, Rodman & Knox are, they’re more competent than Wiseman.

Wiseman seems to have regressed. He’s got that scared look that Killian used to have and he always seems one step behind/ out of place.

Really would like to get away from the twin towers lineup and let Stew be a small ball center again more. Just to stretch out the paint more for our guards and more dribble penetration

Rebounding will be regressed but at the very least the hope is the offense being more spaced out makes up for it

If both Burks and Ivey are ready to go, the prospect of this is more appealing

Once we're fully healthy, its entirely possible that Stew starts at PF but then is the first guy out and then comes back to backup Duren.

I think its fairly likely that Bagley/Wiseman aren't our top 10 players so we could see more Livers/Bojan at PF and we could see Stew play about 12 MPG of PF and about 18 MPG of backup C.

Same old story; we're just missing too much firepower. I mean, you can't roll out a lineup featuring Stewart, Bagley, Hayes & Ausar and expect to have any success at all. There just isn't enough firepower in that group. Not enough talent.

I just can't understand why Cade is so up and down. Scores 30 one game and can't hit the side of a barn the next. And the spacing argument isn't cutting it, we are all seeing these games, he is taking jumpers with one guy guarding him and just can't hit.

Yeah, Cade looks bad. Then again, so does everybody except Burks. Thank goodness he's back. Hopefully Ivy gets going too.

He's played too many minutes too early after the year off from games. Can't be playing him 40 minutes constantly until he's in game shape, and even then I wouldn't. 90% of his misses are short. Burks and Ivey being back should help get him down toward 30 minutes for a bit so his legs aren't so dead.

Monty is cutting off his nose to spite his face here. He could very easily balance the lineups with Burks or Ivey starting next to Cade, but he's just being stubborn.

Killian has been one of the best players on this team for a number of games now. Blaming others for Cades 's problems looks bad. Killian has been the best ball handler on this team, and top 5 in assist to turnover. He has been earning his minutes easily.

Two things can be true at the same time. Killian has been good lately, but we still might benefit from splitting him and Cade up. At least stagger their minutes a little more, now that Burks and Ivey are back.

Side note: Ausar's defense is getting better and better. He's been incredible tonight. Already has 10 boards.
