this'll be atlanta's first tournament game, they're 5-4 on the season.

our list of available players is shorter than our injured list so i'll just post that:

somehow we can still field a 10-man rotation even with the 2-way guys in the g league. trae young is questionable.

Listening to James Edwards III pod I think and hope Monty starts Burks or Sasser 2night. He said he feels Cades last game was the last straw. I sure hope he's right.

I feel like there is zero chance we trade Cade.... Weaver will try to put pieces around him to best help his game flourish. If you are quick to trade away the #1 pick still on a rookie deal it pretty much means you made a mistake in drafting him and Weaver has not been quick to fix mistakes. Not saying that Cade was a mistake of a pick that's still very TBD but Cade certainly isn't the Pistons DNA type player that we've rallied behind in the past. Stew is... Duren is.... Ausar is.

I personally like Burks and Sasser not playing together because I feel like they bring a very similar skillset and I think the starters could use one and the bench could use one.

I hope it's Burks. Even if Burks doesn't get hot in the game, you still have to respect his shot and that will give some spacing out there.

First quarter almost over and not a single post here... all that excitement from the 2-1 start is long gone.

Starters really struggling to score in this one Monty still fine starting the same guys. Bagley the only one who could do anything.

I can’t believe Cade is letting the Hawks shoot 80%

Tough when you struggle to score and can't stop anyone. Amusing that Monty thinks this defense is worth starting 3 non shooters for (4 if you include Cade).

No surprise the bench unit comes in and starts to bring it back.

Wiseman - Knox - Burks - Ivey - Sasser

Short/Small but puts Wiseman out there with four guys that can spread the floor.

Should've gotten 6 for that Ivey 3. Went in twice

We have the best offensive bench in the league and a poor offensive starting lineup.... we really just need to add one more offensive player and we'll balance it out just fine. Not sure why Monty is so opposed.

Better pass from Cade and Ivey would have hit that wide open 3

I feel like we've had like 6 of the worst looking 3 point attempts in this game I've ever seen and they've come from 6 different players.
