Re: Game 19: Pistons @ Knicks
Knicks have had our number for a few years now, are playing at home, and we're on a B2B. I feel like this is the most sure loss of the season so far which is saying something.

Hm, with all the doom and gloom surrounding the team in this board and rightfully so, maybe that 13.5 is looking good.

Re: Game 19: Pistons @ Knicks
I don't see anything wrong with playing Kilian more. I wish he'd quit with the 3's, and take 1-2 dribbles and the mid-range shot he seems to always make. He'd improve the offense by constantly pushing it up, to get easy fast break points. We're not a shooting team, so we have to get stops, and run. And then we can move it around in the half-court to get a good shot. I just wish guys would stop standing around. **** the 3 if it doesn't go in. Get a good shot. Long bricked 3's kill us in transition. Why not punish opposing teams? We'll never beat teams consistently jacking up 3's, so we need to try something else. Throw it inside. If they double, THEN you move it around because a guy is open.
Basketball is not this difficult.. Monty needs to move pieces around. Change the starting line-up, etc...

at least the pressure is on the Knicks, nobody wants to lose to a team who employs an actual CLOWN as a head coach

Re: Game 19: Pistons @ Knicks
So just as a reminder;
Pistons all-time losing streak, recorded over two seasons, at 21.
All-time record is 28 recorded over two season(process sixers).
All-time single season losing streak is 26.(two teams one is again the process sixers.)
Now, here is the schedule for December;
November 30 @NY
December 2 Cavs@Pistons
December 6 Grizzlies@Pistons(best shot)
December 8 @Orlando
December 11 Pacers@Pistons
December 13 Sixers@Pistons
December 15 @Sixers
December 16 @Bucks
December 18 @Hawks
December 21 Jazz@Pistons
December 23 @Nets
December 26 Nets@Pistons
December 28 @Celtics
December 30 Raptors@Pistons
If they can escape the Grizzlies and Jazz games at home with Losses, the Pistons will set the overall record for losing streaks @29 in a row.
This honestly feels like an attainable goal for the team, and franchise.
No win November almost complete.
Dire December incoming!

This is pretty much a guaranteed 1-8 in the next 9 at best (assuming they beat the Grizzlies) and a firsthand look at two teams that did the rebuild properly in Orlando and Indiana who I'm sure will wipe the court clean with the Pistsons.
Oh and the new 2024 mock draft from Givony has Isiah Collier (a guard) as the #1 prospect.

We’re like anti-2007 Patriots . Everyone wanted to beat them to be the ones to end the streak. Everyone wants to beat us to make sure they’re the ones who don’t end the streak.
