Hopefully we’ll have a Grimes sighting.

The Lakers have been playing well lately.

I’m expecting the same great energy out of the gate.

Things should be a little more smooth since they’ve had a few days to practice and get familiar with the new players.

It's fun to actually be excited to watch a Pistons game. :)

This is usually the time where I start looking to the draft and free agency.

I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have some curiosity in terms of our new rotation and how the new guys settle in.

The season is finished but progress can still be made.

Yeah, we’re down to our last 2 games before the all star break and then the last 28 after.

I just want to see improvement and gather information as to who is worth keeping.

What are we thinking for Fontecchio’s contract this offseason?

With a larger role here than Utah, he may raise his value.

Hopefully it’s not to much of an opportunity. Have to feed Sasser, cade, and Ivey.

So Troy has been trying to acquire Fournier for the last couple of seasons. Just like Joe Harris. Troy is really an awesome evaluator of talent.

There are some great french players in the league, we manage to keep collecting all the bad french players.

I'm not sure if he's washed up, he's 31 which isn't THAT old, but he was putting up 20 pts/game a few years ago for Orlando. I wouldn't be surprised if he's actually decent. Plus there is this video...

He was like the best player for his National team. But he was awful in NY and Boston.

Fournier just played great for France for sure and he'll be a key member for France in the Paris Olympics in a few months.

I'm sure he's likely to be our 10th man in the rotation most likely.

C Duren / Muscala
F Stew / Ausar
F Font / Grimes
G Ivey / Sasser
G Cade / Fournier

I’d rather see Troy Brown get PT than Fournier.

Grimes is out with his knee sprain but he should be back after the all star break. Umude and Rhoden are back in the g league so it’ll be interesting to see if Fournier or Flynn get any minutes.

Cade/sasser
Ivey
Ausar/brown jr.
Muscala/fontecchio
Duren

It’ll be interesting to see if Monty opts to have Flynn, Fournier, Milton or wiseman as the 10th guy in the rotation.

You only have 8 there, so it’s likely two of them, and likely Fournier and (yuck) Wiseman.

Stew and Grimes should take their spots soon, though.

Vege my guy he wasn't awful in Orlando! Thats why the big dogs traded for him. Gotta be something there.

I'm just kidding if it were 2 years ago I'd be excited

I wish the days of Fournier 20 points was still a thing. Him and Vucevic were easy money on that Orlando team.

Grimes will not be playing today. He has been nursing a knee injury.

maybe Wednesday against PHX, but I'd bet on after the all-star break.

Yep, I feel the same way. I wasn't able to watch the Clippers game but did see the previous 2 wins and now that they rid of the one dimensional chuckers and brought in young guys with a different energy and more of an emphasis on defense, I'm looking forward to every game now. Hopefully Grimes draws in tonight, would like to see him play before the ASB.

Edit: Seems like no Grimes tonight. That sucks but we'll see him soon enough.

Just Monty doing Monty things. Still dicking around Sasser despite Sasser performing as well as can reasonably be expected pretty much every game lately. Look at his deployment...15, 26, 12, 19, 10, 20, 10, 32, 37, 14. Just no consistency, it's a bit maddening.
