It's our last home game this season, unless we make the playoffs.

Cade is Questionable.. My thinking is this is the only game he'd play, being the last home game.

Maybe they're doing this so the fans show up? Every game, they tell Blaha, "Mention LATE SCRATCH"..

cade is listed as having tendinopathy instead of knee management which doesn't bode well for him playing the rest of this season.

Idc if he plays. I’m very scared this nagging injury thing might be a thing for him tho

So Cade and a bunch of guys couldn't be bothered to play at the last home game huh?

What a product Gores is selling. I don't buy that injury list for even a second.

Welp, at least all the current fans will never see a worse season then this, and the only place to go is up.

Right?

So sad to see Blaha having to celebrate us scoring over 100. The worst season as a pistons fan as far as I can remember…and I remember 25+ years.

It is now officially the worst ever by record.

Cade has been injury prone since he's been drafted and now we're in position to pay this man max money. If a great offer pops up this off-season, you might have to take it!

I'd imagine that he would have played these games if there was any compelling reason for him to do so.

In the event, there was less than no reason. At this stage of this kind of season, you sit a player who has any sort of nagging injury.

i am fortunate(?) that I started as an NBA fan before I was a Pistons fan. I was around in the early '80s when Silverdome tickets were cheap enough where I could get my dad to take me. I went to see Dr. J and Magic play, not Kent Benson or Greg Kelser. Then came Isiah, learning the game beyond P-I-G/H-O-R-S-E with the neighbor's garage hoop, the raised expectations. With seasons like this, I try to channel that inner child, the little kid who just wanted to see stars play and didn't care that his home town team were losers. It doesn't always work.

We weren't supposed to tank this year. We weren't supposed to totally suck. I wasn't supposed to have choices like "get rained on" (going out in the rain to pick up meds for a sick friend) versus "get poured on" (watch my team get Bullspit upon). This is the game where maybe we rest our starters to prepare for the playoffs, or we're tanking for lottery balls but we clearly were on an upward trend.

<deep sigh>

I don't meet too many true Pistons fans in person. I'm generally looked at funny when I sport a Pistons hoodie or hat these days. I used to be proud but now I kind of get it..

They're a shameful organization, on every level.

Haven't seen a game since....I don't know when and it's been a good time, I did tune into one game not too long ago for about a quarter then couldn't take it anymore so I aborted. I salute those of you who have watched these games, that's some true dedication and I really mean that.

Worst ever and I go back to the early Bad Boy days so....about 37 years now? Stolen by Bird was one of my earliest sports memories.

This is the worst season I've ever witnessed of any sports team of mine, even worse than the 0-16 Lions because at least there was a Stafford to look forward to and that team had zero expectations of doing anything, they weren't Year 4 of rebuild and still won literally nothing.
The previous 3 you can understand because they were true rebuild years and there was some progress to be talked about at least, there were a few years post-Isiah that were really rough but they immediately got Grant Hill out of it then they got competitive pretty quickly. 2010-2020 was rough but there were a few competitive seasons thrown in there even if there was no hope for them to be anything more than mid.

This season from the record losing streak to injuries to the worst coaching job I've ever seen to whatever the hell this roster has been since Casper Grimes, Ausar, Stewart, Tech and now Cade have been shut down to Gores sounding like a bumbling idiot blaming the fans for not appreciating the Pistons for their community work to the lack of progress from just about all the young guy, all leading up to one of the worst ever drafts and free agency classes with not much on the trade market (as of now) to be excited about. Yeah,...pretty pretty pretttty bad.
