just like the nets, the lakers have had a great offense to start the year. hopefully we can keep the defense up but the lakers obviously have two guys that are much tougher to match up against.

I think this game probably comes down to Anthony Davis and whether or not he explodes all over the Pistons. Duren played one solid defensive game, so I'll be curious to see if he can make it two in a row, this time with much better competition.

Pistons are most prone to lose to teams like NY that rely on a speedy one. Without Ausar and Holland being so young, they just don't have the defensive chops to keep up with someone like that.

Lakers have Russell. Not too worried. Think this will come down again to executing in the fourth....

yeah i think stewart matches up okay with AD but we don't really have anyone that matches up with lebron. wouldn't be surprised if AD has his way because he's really good and lebron takes advantage of harris and tek.

Cade, act like LeBron stole something valuable from you. Don't be his friend until after the game if that. Foul his ass so hard. If you show this aggression, the team will follow.

Cavs with a chance to start 8-0 if they beat the Bucks tonight. Seems like a bad look for our coaching hire if the Cavs end up best in the East this season with a new coach.

Bucks could fall to 1-6... they came into this game dead last in the East and 2nd worst in the league.

Pelicans got that Bucks pick

That would suck

Pistons defense (in a small sample size this year) much much better with Stew on than off the court so far.

I'm gonna say something controversial. THJ has actually been pretty good this season.

I believe Piston would be undefeated had we hired Chris Quinn. JB hiring is the NFL equivalent of the Lions hiring Jim Caldwell as opposed to Dan Campbell. We have a 6'3 guard starting at small forward lol

I like that Beasley and THJ pump-fake on the 3, and make the mid-range shot. Last year, a guy who be like a deer in headlights and usually throw it away, or take a horrible shot with the shot clock winding down.

That's irrelevant. What matters is how the Pistons do under Bickerstaff.

It's such a different situation though. It doesn't matter if Cleveland wins 65 games this season. It just comes down to the playoffs and I'm not sure Atkinson changes that situation enough.
