#27 - Pistons-Heat - 7pm ET - Trade?

FSN

I just woke when I wake up we make some kind of trade. Makes no sense to sign a guy we just waived who doesn't help us in any way... We need a backup 5. We needed Paul because of guys in foul trouble, and then subtract Duren with his ankle injuries...

Or a backup pg.. JB has staggered Cade and Ivey's minutes, but Ivey can't play the 2, and neither can Sasser (who I'd like to see more - he's a 3 and D - plays hard)

FINALLY, a game!

Our schedule is so weird. It feels like we’ve played the heat and Celtics a lot to start the season.

Heat have been playing better, but this is a winnable game, and if Pistons come out flat again, it's getting closer and closer to this season just being the Sag for Flagg campaign where I don't bother even watching. Hopefully Bickerstaff can light a fire. Seeing Amen in the Cup game shows the real potential for a healthy Ausar. Hope to see that too - soon.

I think we're there already. Since they closed in on .500, outside of the road wins against Indiana and the Knicks which came out of nowhere really, they lost by double digits to the Bulls at home, lost to the Hornets, barely beat the Raptors at home and lost by double digits to the depleted Sixers at home, depleted Magic, Grizzlies, Bucks and Celtics twice, not one competitive loss in that bunch outside of the Charlotte loss. A few great teams in there but the season is spiraling out of control and fast.

We could still make the play-in if we pull together. No expectation that we will, though, but we've at least started the season vaguely better than I thought we would.

Still a few games before we really know if we need to wave the white Flagg or not.

We had a tough schedule. I think we can be a play-in team.

I expect a big game from Cade, but maybe not a win. Trajon is going to have to figure something out here with the roster. I believe a trade is incoming, and the Pistons will be a facilitator in said trade. That cap space is insanely valuable right now, and another 1st in this draft is probably incoming.

I dont think the Pistons are going to make a big player trade though. I mean they got the assets, but it feels more like cap space deal.

We beat the Heat last time on a Spo mistake I feel like they are going to win this one... they have been playing really well as of late.

Tobias was known to be out before the game, but Ivey was a last second scratch due to left knee pain.

Ivey was listed on the 12 man roster so everyone who bet on him on their parlays are upset because he was active for the game but ruled out just before tipoff after warming up trying to go.

No healthy scratches. Ivey is out with a knee and Tobias hurt his hand the last game. He’s got it wrapped in the bench
