They dominated the Bucks last night dropping 140 on them and Brunson put up 44 points in just 29 minutes of play going 16-26 including 5-10 from deep and then you have KAT dropping 30 as the 2nd option.... OG, Hart and Bridges all playing their roles and bringing the defense/hustle. I still think they have a good chance of making it out of the East even though Boston and Cleveland are the favorites.

Brunson is questionable in this one (listed as day-to-day) after hurting his shoulder yesterday in the 4th quarter of the win versus the Bucks. Could certainly give us a fighter's chance in this one, although they have a lot of guys (OG and Bridges) of doing more than they are asked on most nights being 3rd and 4th options on this Knicks team so them missing Brunson doesn't mean we're going to go in there and have an easy W but it should (in my opinion) mean we're going to have a good close game tonight.

I would feel fine about this game, if the Pistons still had Ivey, or had already picked up another ball-handler.

This is the beginning of a rough 10-game stretch.

I think Ivey would probably rack up a ton of turnovers if he were playing. I don't think him being there or not is going to make or break us in this match up. They're *probably* too talented for us where we're at right now in general, but we'll see. Any given game.

Knicks are for sure on back to back with travel. And if they are without Brunson, I'd say Pistons have an okay shot. Thibs would be disgusted if it happened, but you could see Knicks taking it easy and seeing if they can win without grit. That would open the door for the Pistons.

BTW, the Knicks announcers are my favorites. Breen and Frazier are two of the best. Neither are homers either.

I'm rewatching the Pistons Knicks game from December 7th, and its unbelievable the effect Cade has on the game when he enters. Its profound really. He went to the bench, Pistons leading for the whole game, lead sliced to two in his absence, he comes in, scores and assists, running the show, immediately the Pistons are back up by 8.

I think that was one of his best games. You could feel his impact out there big time.

Hey, its working again. In any event, hopefully someone in the Pistons org grows a set, and calls out the league for the ridiculous lopsided officiating against the Pistons.

Every single game, the other team, doesn't matter which, ends up shooting more free throws. Everything is a foul. Enough is enough already.

Cade will never get into a rhythm if he keeps fouling. JB shouldn't have put him in with only 2 minutes remaining in the half. Shoulda let Cade start fresh in the 2nd half to get his shot going.

Every mild touch on KAT and Brunson is getting whistled tonight. Refs have decided who they want to win. Now we just need to overcome it.

Seems to me the recipe for success when you don't have a good offense is to play against a solid offensive team whose defense is like swiss cheese.
