This is (I can actually say this now) a scheduled loss. If the Pistons don't get blown out, ill be surprised.

Tough game for the Pistons. Play a game in Atlanta and then the next night at home against the Clippers who only had to travel from Indiana. Ripe for a 'schedule loss.' Team is playing well though, and while a back to back they've just returned from a week off.

We'll see. They've been handling adversity all season. I'm not expecting anything one way or another, but I'm not about to count them out!

I was confident we would win this, but I see the Sportsbook do not have us favored… I’ll be that sucker

Norman Powell and kawhi Leanard are probably out, should be able to pull it out at home, they are also on a back-to-back travel day.

Just for some notes;
I know it sounds crazy. I already know it, but this team is starting to do some special things, and have a special player in Cade.
Pistons tied a team record last night, with their 6th in a row, 30+ assist game. Cade became only the second player ever, to have 29/10/5 at halftime. That is just NUTS.
Man watching this team has been fun as hell. Cade is that good people. 23 years old. The next 5 years are going to be amazing, and like I said here, YEARS ago when the Pistons were in the middle of their run of 6 straight ECF, enjoy it. Really enjoy it, because when things go sideways, sometimes they go sideways for 17 damn years.
Enjoy the rise!

kawhi, powell and ben simmons are all ruled out. on our end fontecchio is questionable with his finger dislocation so i imagine he'll be out as well.

According to NBA.com's power rankings page (we're #15) tonight is the first of 6 straight games where we are playing against team that will be on the 2nd night of a back-to-back. It's also our 2nd game of a 5 games in 7 days stretch, but at least the next four are all at home with only the Atlanta W being a roach game in this tight stretch of games.

I dunno, this just *feels* like a tough one. No analytics, no deep insights, just gut feeling. We'll see...
Fingers crossed

The only thing that could be in the Pistons favor, is that both Ausar, and Duren should be pretty damn fresh.
The Clip could roll out a YMCA team tonight, and it would still be a dogfight.

Another foul farming twat in Harden. These types of players don't win squat, so I take solace in that fact.
Just exhausting watching, and waiting for the whistle, every damn time down the floor.
