Game 4 - Pistons-Knicks - 1pm ET

Post#1 » by MortSahlfan » Sun Apr 27, 2025 1:18 am

ABC
AM 950

Just got this update... Not sure about the lines, but I don't care as long as Stew plays.. According to ESPN, just an hour ago or so.

Stew - OUT (Questionable)
Ivey - Will have an update in 2 weeks

We need Stew... Just saw the Clippers game - losing by a dunk at the last second. But I don't care about the Clippers, I just want the Pistons to win the series. We waited all year (and many years before that).. If we were not a better team and played with our full team like the Knicks are, I can accept it, but not like this.

Kudos to anyone who goes to the game tomorrow. Be loud - it will give our guys a little more energy that could change the game results.

Cade, Beasley & Harris have to put the bucket in the hole if we want to win. Duren HAS to be better on KAT.

Knicks matched our physical intensity and I think it caught us off guard so we tried to kick it up a notch causing us to commit stupid a** fouls.

We have to be better with Turnovers. Keep it under 13-14.

I think we get this one. This series has been highly entertaining. No complaints, except Brunson’s theatrics.

This is just a joke, don't want any player injured, but what if Brunson injured his own neck with his own neck-snap flop?

Obvious thing to say but if we have any hope of winning the series then this is a must win. Can't go back to NY 3-1 down.

I have faith though. Pistons by 8 points.

Beasley was a huge part of our success this season. The guy has to get it going cause he’s always been known as a poor playoff performer.

This is definitely going 7 games. Pistons are trending but New York is a big market. The NBA will want to max this out.

I miss being able to watch games on NBA league pass. I could be watching the players warming up. Instead it's the ABC pregame with windbag SAS and idiot Perk. FML

I have a feeling that this will be a "what could have been" series if Stewart, or even Ivey for that matter, was healthy. The Pistons have nobody to contain KAT without Stew in. The Pistons are just too undermanned as is

So annoying.. That's what happens when they fire their best - like Jeff Van Gundy.

That's the saddest thing.. An entire year of improvement, and for Stew to be injured at the worst possible time... Which is why I hope we win the series and see what we can do with Stew. Don't wanna wait a year.

He might not even be ready if we advance. Not sure what the deal is but he’s been out for 4 really important games.

950 AM is too far ahead of my ABC feed. Blaha's telling me the future well before I see it happen. Ugh.

Return to Detroit Pistons
