Your preferred offseason approach?

I was hoping I wouldn't be making this thread tonight, but regrettably this evening does mark the start of the Pistons offseason.
I want to get a sense of where people are at in terms of how they think this offseason should be handled in terms of player movement. Each poll option represents an approach, with the top option being the most conservative and the bottom option being the most aggressive and in favor of major change. Think of them as a sliding scale- pick the one that is closest to the way you feel.
I'm making a couple of major assumptions in this poll:
1) Cade goes nowhere. Even the most aggressive option assumes he remains on the team. Don't hold back on picking that option just because you're not open to dealing Cade- I don't think the front office will consider that regardless.
2) Moves being made would be in the direction of getting better for this year, not heading in the direction of a rebuild (to me we're either buyers or we're running it back- I can't imagine us being sellers at this stage).
