Eh. JBB is great at some stuff and not so great at others.

They might as well name this “most coaching wins of the month” award, although you do need to give Coach extra credit for those three wins with a total of 1 starter playing.

Um, yeah. And that 1 starter wasn't even supposed to be a starter when the season started.

I wasn’t talking about Duncan for Ivey, although that’s how you get to the “no starters” idea.

We played three straight games with no Cade, no Ausar, no Tobias, and only one game with Duren.

Just wondering, out of all the years this award has been given, why is November 2025 finally the time to classify the coach of the month award as such?

Does the coach of the month award not always go to the coach of the team that essentially had the best record/performance that month? JB was coaching a G League team to a couple of NBA wins ffs.

also him and his wife are launching a pretty cool initiative with an app for people working in pro sports (players AND staff) that have to relocate and provides them with quality options for any new service they might need (schools, salons, barbers, shops, etc.). goes to show that he really cares about the people behind the sport he coaches.

Nothing wrong with celebrating our guy. It's OK to be happy about nice things. Nice work, JB!

If we finish with the best record in the East this year, he should get coach of the year based on the turnaround last year and their performance this year.
