Why the hell would this be a must win? It'd be good to win, but good teams are gonna lose 20 some odd games in a season if they're still improving and not yet top dog. I, too, was annoyed at losing a game they should've have lost, but that in no way makes this a must win. And if we lose tonight it doesn't change significantly.

There's no such thing as a must win in December unless you're talking about the NFL.

I definitely hope to see improved play though. We've been a downright bad team for 6 games now, where we have 3 problematic wins and 3 losses.

If DR can't go, I'd like to see Chaz get some PT to help with shooting. Also, on my wish list is more PT for Green and Reed --- they friggin deserve it.

True. They have been winning all year with almost a lackadaisical and flippant attitude, like they can keep up with anyone, but it gets way worse when they get ahead. Gotta learn one way or another how to put bad teams to bed.

Deni gonna try to foul the whole team out. That dude is both aggressive and skilled.

FYI — Avdija is 2nd in the NBA in FT attempts and makes.

So you want Chaz to play due to shooting issues, but you also want Green, a non shooter at the same position, to play too?

If anything this rotation needs to tighten.

At home versus a bad Portland team. Would like to see a dominant win after losing 3 of 5.

Chaz at the 2; Green at the 3. Green can shooter and so can Reed contrary to popular belief. What they bring is intensity and tough D. precisely what this team needs.

If they play zone against us, this is our best plan. We need both shooters to bust the zone, and defence/hustle to help us get on fast breaks before the zone can be set.

It's not a must win but this one would be good for the team morale. We played like trash last game against the Bucks without Giannis.

Duncan is back and starting.

Ron Holland's over/under points on FanDuel is 3.5. Had to toss a few dollars on that.

Ausar is overrated. Love his defense...but that offense is never going to develop. He'll get some garbage buckets because he hustles, but the guy has zero touch and can't shoot. I don't see him getting much better than what he already is.

Also, listening to Zeke talk is brutal.

Must win is too strong, but we need to nip this “zone and collapse and they can’t score” narrative in the bud.

He has Bell's Palsy.

It was really sad seeing him on NBA TV a year ago and had to pronounce 'B's" for example.
