Actiavte Hunter for Boston game?

Post#1 » by legacyinthemakin89c » Thu Jan 3, 2008 2:22 am

Should we activate Hunter to play the pitbull role against Boston? I know were kond of coasting until the playoffs, but I really want this win even more then the last one.

I wouldn't. It's just another game for the Pistons - or least pretend it is. Also I wouldn't want Boston getting used to Hunters pestering and finding out a way how to beat it.
Rip Hamilton is a stain on the Pistons franchise.

While Hunter did play an important role in beating the Celtics the first time, I agree that we're still trying to get Stuckey more experience, and this will be his first time playing with a "playoff intensity" in the NBA so I think we should stick with him.

It has already been said that Hunter will sit out this game to see how Stuckey goes.

I'd almost be tempted to hold off on playing Stuckey against Boston until the playoffs... surprise 'em in the playoffs. But, it's a back to back.

Sounds like we need to fold this into the upcoming Boston thread...

Ehhh... Doesn't really matter much, but for what it's worth, I'd sit Fabio for him.

Stuckey will be a different player by that time anyways.

Lindsey will not play in our next two games, against Toronto and Boston.
