Joe D has been spotted at Crisler Arena twice now, at the UCLA and Indiana game. I don't think he goes to every game, so there might have been reasons why he was there. One is that he is just curious how good these 2 teams are (both top 10 arguably).

But my thought is that he was there scouting. My question is who could it be? I really think he was there to get a closer look at 2 players. DJ White from Indiana and Josh Shipp from UCLA. Both are in that late 1st/early 2nd level and Detroit will likely have a pick very late in the 1st round. What does everyone think?

They also have a pick very early in the second... Don't we get Minnesota's this year for sure? Or do we still have to wait?

If D.J. White can rebound against an NBA team like he did against U of M, he'd be a great addition to the Pistons. Joe D. likes those 4 year college kids, too. I just wonder if he's really 6'9".

Minnesota has a choice to send it this year or next year - chances are really high that they'll keep it for themselves this year.

I've heard otherwise...

Obviously they keep it if they still have the choice for another year...

T-Wolve fans seem to think they still have it...

You're probably right...

A trade involving Murray is the likeliest thing to happen with the Pistons by the trade deadline. He should be appealing to teams that can use a scoring guard who can handle both backcourt positions and he

That would then mean that Detroit will have 3 second round draft picks in the 2009 NBA draft. I just hope that the 2009 draft is just as strong as the 08.
