Look who's going to be an All-Star afterall. Rasheed Wallace has campaigned hard for the four-day break over All-Star weekend, but he's not going to get it. David Stern has just announced that Wallace will be replacing the injured Kevin Garnett on the East squad.
It will be Wallace's fourth All-Star appearance, his second as a Piston. Obviously, I will have more on this in the Detroit News and on detnews.com later. Just thought I would give you a heads-up.

The league is expected to announce some time today that Rasheed Wallace is going to replace Kevin Garnett on the Eastern Conference All-star team.
This is a decision that, frankly, isn't going to go over well with many. Wallace has spent the last couple of weeks letting anyone with a microphone or pen and pad, know that he would much rather spend that weekend hanging out with family, then being in the All-star game.
And the Celtics, which has been the runaway team in the league this year, will only have one All-star.
