Could Schottenheimer have beat Manning and the Colts without Rivers and LT?

Norv has gotten a few wins in the playoffs, but Marty has great records wherever he goes. He just has run into some bad luck in the playoffs.
Hes had two losing seasons in 21 years as a head coach (7-9 his last year with the chiefs and 4-12 in his second year with the chargers. (Somehow that Chargers team only had 2 guys with 400 receiving yards or more and one was LT)
Two of his teams went to the AFC Championship game (he was there 3 times total)
Turner
8 of his 10 seasons have been losing seasons
The other 2 he made the playoffs (which includes this year).
