As a Bears fan I think that is awesome. Disdain above and beyond business.

The Tyson Jackson love literally blows me away. I wouldn't take him with the Packers 2nd round pick; at #9 he would be a complete disaster.

Could Curry free-fall? My thinking:

- Stafford, Smith and Monroe go in the top three.
- Hill was designated the franchise player at SLB and has Lofa at MLB
- Cleveland needs a pass rusher and possibly a WR if Edwards is moved
- Unless Cinci is scared of Smith it seems like this is his landing spot
- Oakland already has two stud linebackers and holes at DL and WR. Raji, Maclin or Crabtree

Jacksonville seems like the logical landing place for Curry. Then again, they also need help at WR, OT and DT.

If the draft goes:

1. Stafford
2. Monroe
3. Jackson
4. Sanchez
5. Crabtree
6. Andre Smith
7. Raji/Maclin/Oher

That would leave whoever the Raiders didn't take + Curry. If this is the scenario, I would think the Jags take Curry. He's the perfect fit for what the team is looking for: great character, great football player, safe pick.

You forgot Jason Smith.

If Tyson Jackson goes somewhere in the top eight I'll be doing dances.

Someone would trade up to get Curry before he fell past about #6. I can't really see Cleveland not taking him at 5 even if they can choose between Crabtree, Sanchez, or him, but I don't know that. Between the Giants and Patriots and all those picks to work with, I think Curry is safely a top 5 pick.

The odd man out with the rise of Jackson and Raji appears to be Eugene Monroe. If he doesn't go #2 there is a real good chance he falls to Oakland if they want him, or JAX at #8. Cincy will take Andre Smith over him. Maclin could slide too.

From the marijuanalogs:
Since it's been released elsewhere, I can now confirm that Percy Harvin and Brandon Tate tested positive for the chronic at the Combine. IMO that kills any chance Harvin goes 1st round; he was marginally there before it. There are two others on the list but they have not been made public, one for pot and one for a banned diuretic. If you're real perceptive, you can spot the other pothead falling on Saturday, probably into Sunday. Especially if you're paying attention to cornerbacks

Icey,

Word is that the vikings are very high on Drew Radovich, the undrafted USC tackle that spent the year injured. Is there any truth to that, and could that change whether the vikings reach for a tackle in the first round?

Haven't heard anything about him, but there were a lot of teams that had interest in him even though he was hurt. He fits what they need and like to do.

Wow, BJ Raji's draft floor is 33? Why so low?

Icey,

many MN writers have been talking about the dirty list. A rumored list of players that are off the draft board. Would you know anything about this list? With Harvin's visit from Chilly yesterday do I assume he is not on the list? Even if he seems the most obvious to be on it?

Are you concerned about Harvin's health? The hole in his bone?
