The Draft--Live thread

Post#1 » by Icness » Thu Apr 22, 2010 11:33 pm

Discuss the ongoing events here...

About to start, and Jim Brown can still kick anyone's a$$ even with his cane. Best. Player. Ever.

I just earned a lot of cred by knowing (not guessing but knowing) Trent Williams was going to WAS. A bit frustrated I missed on Berry but I knew once Bulaga started to fall (about 3PM today) that was gonna happen.

Browns are a mystery--I'm sitting in a room with 4 NFL staffers and we all have different guys. Wilson, Clausen, Morgan, and Dan Williams, and we might all be wrong

what are your thoughts on the CJ Spiller pick to Buffalo? Seems like a BPA pick rather than needs. I'm surprised.

I'm okay with Spiller and it helps my tidbit that Lynch is heading out.

Alualu is a freaking stunner. Highest anyone I ever heard him having was #17. He did top my list of boom players though.
Trade season begins about now...

they were talkin bout daniels liking 3 guys who are still on the board and SF didnt take one of them, so i suppose it make sense to move back and pocket another pick

If you're a Seattle fan you're pissed right now b/c Mathews was going at 14.

The DTs are falling, Alualu nonwithstanding.

So you don't think McClain is a reach then?

The Broncos are stock piling picks.
Bickerstaff: who's up for kickball?!!
Ed Wood: Only if it's the no-pants variety.
