I have seen a mock with them taking Tyler Wilson 1st, which nearly made me vomit. It is now being tougher and tougher to be a cowboy fan when it is more about the marketing versus the on field results. IF Jerry would look across the parking lot and see what the Rangers have done, he would see the impact of filling all positions can have on the bottom line and marketing of the team. This type of draft is needed, an inside out one.

Trust me, as a Niners/Redskins fan, I'd love to see Jerry ignore the obvious deficiencies on the insides of both the 'Boys lines. I don't think they'll go after a QB though (at least not in the 1st), they seem to be dead-set on keeping Romo as the starter.

That is just my example. Claiborne last year when o line was a much bigger need. I like Claiborne, and he played well. He was too expensive (1st and 2nd) when other needs were out there, like the worst interior line in the league. Line picks do not sell tix in Jerry's mind. Dallas fans have been very patient with Jerry and his hi jinx. However, they are stuck in the longest middle ever. They need to fix what is broken, and they had. Just signed Carr and Scandrick to big deals. Just pains me, and I hope they follow advice like yours. I don't count on it tho

I guess they could go with a safety or a linebacker in the first. Vaccaro, Elam, Ogletree, etc.

I'll see how the Combine plays out and figure it out from there.
