Draft Day Trade Idea: Oakland/STL/Philly

Interested to see what people think about this. Not sure if the NFL allows 3 team deals, but if not it could easily be two deals - the Foles portion first then the Philly/Oakland swap.
St. Louis in: Nick Foles
St. Louis out: #41
If Bradford really wants an extension or to be released, the Rams will probably be looking elsewhere for a QB (which they frankly should be doing anyway). Foles is young and has had success as an NFL starter - whether that success is due to Foles or the system is up in the air, but a 2nd round pick isn't a bad price to pay to take a gamble on a QB.
Philadelphia in: #4
Philadelphia out: Nick Foles, #20, #52
This would be assuming that Mariota is still on the board at #4. Chip gets his QB without totally breaking the bank, and gets some value for Foles at the same time.
Oakland in: #20, #41, #52
Oakland out: #4
If Williams is off the board (which I'm assuming he will be), I think Oakland would be better served trading down and picking up additional picks, since they basically need help everywhere. After this deal they would have three 2nd round picks (35, 41, 52) to either trade back up (if they had their eye on someone in particular) or add a bunch of talent across their roster.
I think the hardest part was figuring out Foles' value...thoughts?
