Steelers drafting Terrell Edmunds over many better prospects.
Browns drafting Austin Corbett over Will Hernandez and Nick Chubb over better prospects like Dallas Goedert. They weren't desperate for a running back either.
Colts drafting Darius Leonard and Braden Smith over better prospects.
Just a few examples. Teams frequently change management, but many of them continue drafting for need over BPA over and over again. Why do you think this happens so often?
