Did the back flipping freak get drafted?

I can't remember his name but the story I remember was that he only played at community college (and for something like only 2 games), he could do hand stands and front flips, and he is HUGE. Everybody that saw him do the flips said as be as he is it didn't seem possible. He was super fast for his size. But next to no experience, though they were saying he possible could go high due to his physical freakyness.
He was a defensive end or something similar.
