NFL Draft Do-Over

It's obviously ridiculously early and I'm not one to judge a draft until the 3rd year, but if teams had it to do over again knowing what they do now, how do you think it would go?

Totally agree it's about 2 years too early to judge it, but I know you're not a reactionary freak so I'll play along
Raiders--Joe Thomas or Amobi Okoye instead of Russell
Lions--they're happy
Browns--they're happy
Bucs--Adrian Peterson
Cards--Patrick Willis
Slurs--they're happy
Vikings--they're happy. If no Peterson give them Dwayne Bowe
Falcons--drooling the spittle of regret into the pillow of remorse they didn't take Amobi Okoye. Or Brady Quinn.
Miami--Bowe, or Levi Brown, or pretty much any other 1st round defender who has played regularly. Call it Reggie Nelson, who some of y'all thought they'd take.
Texans--they're happy. If no Okoye then Willis
49ers--they're happy
Bills--they're happy
Rams--Joe Staley or Reggie Nelson
Jets--Revis isn't bad but I bet they'd like Nelson or Posluszny. Or have taken David Harris here
Steelers--Beason or Alan Branch

I would think the Fins would have taken Brady Quinn.

Jamarcus Russell. The fact he
still isn't playing despite getting nearly half the 1st-team practice work for the last two months is not a good sign. Or it's a sign that a lot of scouts and GMs were right on about him, that he's no better than a 3rd rounder.

That's a pretty interesting statement.
Truth be told I was never high on him prior to him declaring. Then I saw the arm and looked at the numbers and like others I probably got caught up in what he could be down the line. I still thought that if I were going to take a QB high in the draft it'd be Quinn.

Quinn is infinitely more polished, ready and is a really smart QB. But JaMarcus can throw a football 70 yards from his knees!

Brady: 3919 yards, 32 TD, 7 INT
2006
JaMarcus: 3129 yards, 28 TD/8 INT
Brady: 3426 yards, 37 TD, 7 INT
So, yeah. And it's a tad easier to "win big games" with the LSU defense. Brady was saddled with one of the worst defenses in college football, a fair comparison indeed.

LMAO. Jamarcus was putting up those numbers in the SEC. Quinn played maybe 2 teams that can compare with the rest of Russell's schedule.

USC, Michigan, a very good UCLA team, BC, an 8-win Purdue team, plus he was saddled with an awful pass defense that required him to outscore other teams (which he usually did)...yeah that schedule really features a bunch of cupcakes
