watching USC games. ellis is a BEAST. he's a definte top 10 pick and i don't think he's a big step down from dorsey to him..

Some of my notes from watching the game... Didn't do it too in depth but went back through the game and watched it... I tried my best to be non-biased and tried to evaluate the best I could.. Watched it on TV so hard to judge receivers and secondary guys... I'm a Browns fan so I charted guys who I thought we would have interest in thus the lack of LB's, S's and QB's...


DT | Andre Fluellen (Florida State)
+ Good penetrator; nice quick moves
+ Quick off the snap
- Gets overpowered at times; mostly due to inadequate leverage
OT/OG | Oneil Cousins (UTEP)
- Very raw; inexperienced
- Tends to be high
- Heavy feet
+ Naturally strong
- Poor technique
CB | Chevis Jackon (LSU)
- Lacks make-up speed
OG | Mike McGlynn (Pittsburgh)
+ Solid run blocker
+ Can get to second level
- Gets beat by speed
RB | Matt Forte (Tulane)
- Not much burst
+ Runs over people
+ Quick feet
WR | Donnie Avery (Houston)
+ Very quick in and out of breaks
+ Solid route runner
- Needs to improve blocking
OG/C | Corey Lichtensteiger (Bowling Green)

- Plays high
