RealGM Mock Draft #1 Pick (Miami Dolphins)-Chris Long

Post#1 » by SportsWorld » Sun Feb 24, 2008 11:40 pm

Since the other was a bust everyone can participate in this one. Name the player who you think will be picked and we will keep going through the 1st round. Thread ends at 7:00 PM Eastern every night where the results will be posted.

The Miami Dolphins are on the clock....

they really consider Chris Long because of pedigree however they end up doing this

Dallas sends #1 overall and Miami 4th rounder and possibility Jason Taylor to Dallas for a resigned Marion Barber, Bobby Carpenter Anthony Fasano, #22 overall G (Branden Albert) and #28 WR (Mario Manningham)

Having just read that Chris Long let it be known that he doesn't think he'd be good as a 3-4 DE and that he'd rather be an outside linebacker in the 3-4, I'm have to see what his times are to compare him with Gholston.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

No one says Dorsey?

I don't say Dorsey either; I'm just surprised no one else does.

My vote: Jake Long.

First the federal government borrowed money; then gave the money to Bank of America; then I borrowed some of that money from Bank of America and gave it to the federal government; then the federal government gave the money back to Bank of America.

Personally, I thought about it but his injury report scares the crap out of me and at the same time, I don't think he's that good of a fit in a 3-4.
