Darren McFadden

I think Flacco and Henne have closed the gap between them and Ryan (and Brohm) considerable over the past couple of weeks and that ATL can focus on QB at the top of round two. Jake Long would have been ideal and I think the ultimate pick as I think STL goes Golston, but given the way this is unfolding, I have to go McFadden. Top notch prospect to feel the seats. An OT protects the QB, but a solid running game is almost as good.

QB Matt Ryan Boston College

Why: Falcons need a new face of the franchise and Ryan has all the cabalilities to be that guy. Natural leader with good charatcter is what this team needs going into the future. With there two picks in the second I think they focus on getting some of these 1st round graded offensive lineman that are left over or possibly a DT like Pats Sims if here where to slip when they select.

Funny how it's pretty much all non-Falcon fans saying Matt Ryan. I would be happy with Long, Dorsey or McFadden, but McFadden would have the largest off-the-field impact.
