Keep seeing him pop up in Cowboys 28 pick. Never heard of him until Combine. can I get some help with him?

I have been focused on Sweed, Kelly, Hardy, etc, the Big tall WR to repalce TO, not the tiny Desean Jackson to replace Glenn.

I have read more. I like what he brings with catching in traffic, good size, and toughness. The 4.37 40 just tops it off.

Devin Thomas of Michigan State really emerged in 2007. He's got a very good size/speed package. The MSU offense is chock full of crossing routes and precise cuts, and Thomas excels at catching and transitioning from receiver to runner. Handles physical coverage pretty well. Doesn't have a lot of experience running deeper routes, doesn't always find the ball real well. Elecrtifying KR, has that instant burst off a cut and really reads his blocks well, kinda like Josh Cribbs.

He's a #2 WR in the NFL and might struggle a bit early on. Before this past year he was lightly regarded for good reason. He ripped John L. in interviews like Rush Limbaugh on Hillary Clinton, said the awful coaching hindered his career. Funny because Kellen Davis said basically the same thing--they weren't at all afraid of slamming him.

He's got the meaurables but the number 1 question teams are going to ask is where was the production before this season.

A lot of that could be put on John L. Smith's shoulders like Icness already pointed out.

It was his first year at Michigan State. He transfered just last year to Michigan State after playing previously for a JC.

Nah, he played in 2006 but didn't stand out. I believe he came from Coffeyville JC, which is a pretty popular JC for marginal grade guys.
