Too early for Clady IMO. I'm going with Ellis.

A majority of peole said 5th overall was too early for the Cardinals to take Levi Brown, but it turned out to be a solid pick.

Well then! Clady = Brown = solid pick. The logic is irrefutable. (Of course, if the Cards had maybe taken, say, Adrian Peterson, they wouldn't be crossing their fingers for Stewart or Mendenhall this year, and they could use this year's pick on an equally solid OT like Otah or Baker.)

I'm gonna say Clady anyway.

EDIT: In the real world I think there's a good chance they trade this pick and someone moves up to take McFadden. They might still get Clady in the 8-10 range and pick up some more value. But in this mock, where everyone stays put, KC takes Clady at #5.

ANOTHER EDIT: Then I looked further and I don't really see a team that's looking for a RB after the Jets at #6 until we get to Denver at #12. And KC probably won't want to trade with Denver. So you should just ignore me altogether. Except for my vote, which, once again, is Clady.

All i was comparing was the situation, I was not making an attempt to compare the players. The point I was that similar to the 5th pick last year the team in this spot desperately needs an offensive tackle, and similar to the team with the 5th pick last year they might have to reach and pick Clady as the Cardinals did with Brown last year. You obviously missed my point.

With the 5th pick of the draft the Kansas City Chiefs select OT Ryan Clady from Boise State.
