ACC has it, so why not?
First the federal government borrowed money; then gave the money to Bank of America; then I borrowed some of that money from Bank of America and gave it to the federal government; then the federal government gave the money back to Bank of America.

Mountain West > Big LEast and ACC.

Give it to them.

I say the Mountain West and WAC both should have auto bids (actually I think all D-1 conferences deserve auto bids).
This space needs to be filled with a new sig...but I'm too lazy to make one.

Step 1. Add the MWC
Step 2. Add Boise St., Hawaii and 1 more team to the MWC for a 12 team league.

Then we have real geographic disparity as all of the major population centers will be represented in the BCS. The third team should be either Fresno St., Nevada or UTEP.

wow dead board. april?

anyway, (as a mwc fan) ide be all for the mwc taking boise st. but ide rather have fresno st and nev than hawaii. the talk a couple weeks ago was taking bsu and dropping a mwc team (not unlv or sdsu). apparently boise st, though, is staying in the wac.

if bsu were to be in the mwc, imagine what the conference would look like. you would have to feel forced to offer them an automatic with utah, bsu, byu, tcu, all competing for the conference nearly every year, with the occassional up years of csu, afa, and nm.

It's arguably better than the BEast.

If they are going to give conferences automatic bids, they deserve one in my opinion.

BYU over OU
Utah over Bama
TCU over BSU
