Bosie States opponents combine for 5 wins total and three of those wins come from from Oregon. That's why they are ranked number 5.

While I think Boise is capable of beating about anybody in a single game, so can about 60 other teams on the right night. They are very consistent and very good. But could they even get through the Big East schedule unscathed? Doubtful.

Opponent Result
Sep. 3 Oregon W 19-8
Sep. 12 Miami-OH W 48-0
Sep. 18 at Fresno State W 51-34
Sep. 26 at Bowling Green W 49-14
Oct. 3 UC Davis 6:00pm
Oct. 14 at Tulsa 6:00pm
Oct. 24 at Hawaii 9:05pm
Oct. 31 San Jose St. 1:00pm
Nov. 6 at Louisiana Tech TBA
Nov. 14 Idaho 1:00pm
Nov. 20 at Utah State 7:30pm
Nov. 27 Nevada TBA
Dec. 5 New Mexico St. 1:00pm

Their schedule is not exactly brutal.

BCS material? No way.

I laugh at BSU's schedule. No way should that get them an at-large, unless Oregon somehow runs the table and Boise wins every game by dominant blowout. Tulsa is the only team left that should come within 4 TDs. Normally I'd defend the two MAC teams they played, but Miami is the worst team in the nation and BGSU ain't much better.

If Houston runs the table I would have no problem with them getting into the BCS. They'd better convincingly beat MSU and SoMiss though.
