I still think PSU wins, but I expect an upset scare vs Iowa this week being in Kinnick. PSU will pull away in the 4th on the back of Barkley.

Purdue will keep it close vs Mich since UM doesn't have much of a O, but UM's D will play well and make it a 10-14pt victory in the end. along the lines of 24-10. or 24-13.

TCU is a good team, but this was a home game for OSU, and this was supposed to be the year for something special.

On a positive note, at least from my angle, OSU leaped my Huskies in the polls this week. That's been corrected. At least if the Huskies manage to beat Colorado tonight. Could be a tough game.

well the defense played a great half holding the penn st offense to only 3 points, going to need to see some (any) life from the offense if we're to keep this up. a key on this is play calling, running the ball straight up the middle every time on 1st and 2nd down into 9 man fronts isn't working (as shocking as that is)

that turnover was huge, completely turned the game - crowds juiced now

That big 12 conference is nasty. We went double O with Texas. They were tough. TCU. And although they lost, OK state is dangerous.

Washington Huskies dominate Colorado, especially in the 2nd half, to win 37-10.

Rankings still don't mean much at this point, but 6th?

FPI, Sagarin, and Massey have a lot of variation this early in the season, but they all have Washington at #5 — all put UW > USC, which I think is accurate based on the data we have so far.

Also, lots of differing opinions (human and computer) about how to rank the top of the Big Ten right now. Some of the computers have Ohio State as the best Big Ten team, despite the loss to Oklahoma.
