I was out tonight watching the game. It was way more stressful than it should have been. My girl kept checking my beard and when I asked her why she said that she was looking for new grey hairs. In retrospect, that was funny.

Houston needed this challenge in a big way. Cincy likely won't get the respect that they are due because of the final score. Those guys played a great game for 3 quarters before the Coogs went god-mode to close it out. I don't care about the final score - that was a close, well-fought game by the Bearcats. I would love to see Houston & Cincy's next game being a regular season Big 12 matchup!

But like I said, Houston needed this. As of right now the Houston Cougar is on the endangered species list, and everyone is gunning for them. They need to win each and every game from here on out for the right to be snubbed in favor of a two-loss Big 10(?) or SEC team.
