I can honestly say I do not recall ever rooting for Iowa to do anything. I am now.

This is interesting. Ohio St likely moves up to #2 on Tuesday and yet if PSU (who moves up) and OSU win out, OSU wouldn't even be in the B10 CCG... yet could very well be ranked #2. Interesting to see how this unfolds

Yeah, the committee certainly has their hands full with this one. Going to be very interested to see the rankings after this mess.

worked well for osu, now we dont have to worry about an accident loss in the big ten title game. no way they can leave out osu after beating three top 10 teams.

osu-um is essentially playoff game. big ten title game can also end up as one. you guys wanted to expand the playoffs, here you are.

We got you. Mich is a good team no question, but I think they have largely been untested on the road, and their first real test they lost last night. Their D is very good, but our offense is opening up. However, I am not impressed with their offense. I think our D is much better than their offense, and it will likely be a playoff sending game for us.

I just hope my Buckeyes don't sleep on MSU this week. That has trap game written all over it. Dantonio has OSU's number, their team has nothing to lose, and we could get caught looking ahead. We gotta focus 100% on MSU first.

if speight is on target with the deep throws michigan can be trouble, he wasn't last night which cost them because the michigan wrs were running right past the iowa corners for the most part

it will be interesting to see how it shakes out, we'll see how important having won a conference championship really is to getting into the playoff

I honestly think as long as OSU wins out we are in the playoffs, which would be kind of nice. We could avoid a blood battle in a B10 CCG vs Wisconsin, and still be in the playoffs. At the end of the day who really cares about a B10 title when you're trying to win an NC. OSU would have wins vs highly ranked OU, Mich, Neb, and Wisconsin... so I don't see anyway the committee would leave OSU out... especially not with the was OSU has looked of late. Especially in Wisky wins B10 title as OSU beat them H-2-H and would only have one loss. A lot let to be played though.

All I can say, is there might be one massive cluster F for the deciding of the playoffs this year. all the "8 team playoff" proponents should have some serious ammo that;s for sure.

This whole year's been nearly a dream for me, I just want PSU to focus the next 2 weeks and let it fall how it may.

i am sure it normally holds substantial weight but osu's schedule this year is an exception. assuming oklahoma, wisconsin, michigan all end up in top 10-15 range(maybe even nebraska), you are not going to find a team left out of playoffs with that kind of a resume even without conference title.

gotta beat scUM first though.
